This past March (2018), Katt Williams guest-starred as ‘Willie’ in Season 2, Episode 1 of the hit TV series ‘Atlanta’. The kickoff episode titled, ‘Alligator Man’ featured Earn (Donald Glover) and Darius (Lakeith Stanfield) as they visit Earn’s Uncle Willie – aka ‘The Alligator Man’ (Katt Williams).
This weekend, Williams was awarded ‘Best Guest Actor In A Comedy Series’ for his guest-starring performance. The 70th Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by SNL’s Michael Che and Colin Jost, will be televised on September 17, 2018 at 8pm (EST). This marks Williams’ first Emmy win off his first Emmy nomination.
