Comedian Mike Epps’ new single, ‘We Goin’ Out’ dropped this month, in collaboration with Big Boi (Outkast) and Sleepy Brown (Organized Noize). This past weekend, the track’s recent release was followed by the single’s official music video debut.
Coming off of his newly released Netflix standup special ‘Only One Mike’, Epps is returning to the music scene with the new up-tempo single.
Up until now, Epps’ music career includes the singles, ‘That’s What She Said’ w/ DJ Funky ft.T-Pain (2014); ‘Big Girls’ (Funny Bidness: The Album) w/ Byrdgang & Skullgang (2008); ‘Trying To Be A Gangsta’ ft. Pooh Bear; and ‘Ain’t Chu You’ ft. Dorrough & Young Dro. Epps has also been featured on the tracks ‘A Bay Bay’ (Hurricane); ‘Intro/Hard Work’ (Dom Kennedy); and ‘I’m On Everything’ (Bad Meets Evil).
The comedian was featured on French Montana’s ‘Mac Wit Da Cheese Mixtape’ and has appeared in the music videos for T-Grizzley’s ‘No Effort’; 21 Savage’s ‘Bank Account’ and Westside Connection’s‘Gangsta Nation’. Epps has even hosted G-Unit’s mixtape ‘Elephants In The Sand’ on the track ‘Hollow Thru Him’ as well as Jim Jones & Skull Gang’s ‘Tribute To Bad Santa’.
