Amanda Seales of HBO’s ‘Insecure’ Debuts First Comedy Special


Amanda Seales of HBO’s ‘Insecure’ landed her first comedy special with the network. Directed by Stan Lathan and produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, ‘Amanda Seales: I Be Knowin’ will be taped on November 25th at Edison Ballroom in Manhattan, NY.

The special is described as ‘37 years of finding the funny, culminating in an hour’. Currently, Seales plays Tiffany on ‘Insecure’ and has guest-starred on ABC’s ‘Black-ish’, as well as written, produced and starred in two seasons of her won scripted web comedy series, ‘Get Your Life’. She hosts a weekly podcast, ‘Small Doses’ and is touring with ‘Smart Funny & Black’, a live comedic, self-created competition show.
