One and only, Leslie Jones is taking humor to new heights for her first hosting gig. Jones has starred on SNL for 3 years running and landed roles in the films:
- National Security (2013)
- Trainwreck (2015)
- Ghostbusters (2016)
- Masterminds (2016).
Her countless TV appearances include:
- 106 & Park (2014)
- Ellen (2016)
- Today Show (2016)
- The Tonight Show (2017)
- The View (2016)
- Jimmy Kimmel (2016).
As identified by Chris Rock as, “The funniest woman I know” , Leslie Jones will take the LA stage by storm – with resolve!
Recently, a People Mag quoted her saying,
“I am tired of everybody being sad and angry. I want people to just downright laugh. You can’t do the event without touching on certain things, but I’m trying to make it all funny. It’s really just about pulling the elephants out of the room and, actually, I’ll make the elephant in the room laugh about it. So, my goal for this show is to have a big ol’ nice barbecue, family reunion feel. I just want everyone cracking up. I want everyone leaving that event going, “Wait, did they even give awards out? I was too busy laughing.”
