AC Comedy Festival Announces Lineup

For two days, 10 of the entertainment industry’s hottest comedy headliners will front the 8th Annual AC Comedy Festival. In its eighth consecutive year, the festival delivers an unprecedented level of humor. The popular event returns to Boardwalk Hall on October 7th and 8th.

Every year, Atlantic City serves as the backdrop for this extraordinary weekend of laughs. The acclaimed boardwalk, beautiful beaches, exuberant nightlife and world class hotel-casinos make for an unforgettable Columbus Day Weekend. To note, last year’s production attracted nearly 50,000 fans to Atlantic City’s Historic Boardwalk Hall. Once more, the festival will feature the biggest comedy contenders of 2017.

The AC Comedy Festival Lineup:

Returning, as part of the show, is actor and comedian Mike Epps. Recently, his films include, ‘Acts of Violence’ and ‘The Trap’. In the past, Epps is known for the hit films Next Friday (2000), Friday After Next (2002) and The Hangover (2009).

In addition, Sommore joins the comedy lineup. To date, she is most known for The Queens of Comedy (2001)The Queens Stand Alone (2007) and Chandelier Status (2013). In addition, Sommore has also headlined the Royal Comedy Tour for five consecutive years.

Next, joining the festival is comedian, Earthquake. In the past, he has appeared on the Royal Comedy Tour and on the Festival of Praise.

Also, fan favorite Tommy Davidson accompanies the AC Comedy crew. Famously, the comedian starred in Juwanna Mann (2002) and Bootycall (1997).

This time, joining the festival, is Don “DC” Curry. The comic was featured in Next Friday (2000) and Friday After Next (2002) with Mike Epps.

Finally, George Wilborn will take the stage this year. His comic fandom sky-rocketed from his appearances on the Michael Baisden Radio Show.
