Within the last month, the Mike Epps  TI Movie, ‘The Trap’ has been on a roll in Atlanta, GA. On-set candids of the cast and production team have been appearing on Epps’ Instagram since late June.

Many big-name stars are collaborating on this major upcoming comedy:

Also, the film’s director Chris Robinson is joined by Queen Latifah and Shakim Compere. In addition, Mike Epps, Niles Kirchner, T.I. and Brian Sher co-produce. The script was originally written by Nile Evans.

In detail, the plot follows Epps and T.I. as brothers trying to save their family business. In the beginning, T.I.’s character returns home to Atlanta to help save a failing run-down restaurant owned by his brother (Mike Epps) and mother (Loretta Devine). While a change in the chicken recipe revives the location,  a series of unexpected problems soon follow.

Filming is set to wrap tomorrow, July 20th with a  TBD release date. Check out the exclusive, behind the scenes images of cast and crew:
